These regulations were developed under the auspices of the Community Programming Board of Forest Park, Greenhills and Springfield Township (CPB), sponsor of the cable access partnership called Waycross Community Media (Waycross). The rules are established to assure equitable availability for all local residents to access training, equipment and channel time.
