Waycross Community Media is seeking a Scheduler/Administrator. The Scheduler/Administrator is responsible for creating the television schedules for the six channels that Waycross Community Media sends programming to. This person also provides administrative support to the Executive Director, processing bills, purchase orders, and deposits. Applicants must be available to work Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule programs for Waycross Community Media access channels
- Schedule studio time for independent producers
- Answer telephone inquiries from independent producers
- Ensure that office materials and needs are monitored
- Create purchase orders and maintain financial records for bill payments
- Greet visitors to the station
- Learn industry-specific applications RueShare & CableCast
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required, Associates Degree Preferred
- 1-2 Years experience in like role with similar responsibilities and complexities
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and aptitude to learn other software
- Familiarity with Excel and Quickbooks a plus
- Ability to adapt to changing environment with multiple priorities
- Keyboard proficiency

- Salaried Position
- Salary: $17/hour
- Six month review for regular status and increase
- Annual reviews for increases
- 2 weeks paid vacation after one year of service
