Community Programming Board Regional Council of Governments
The CPBRCOG was established by the City of Forest Park and Village of Greenhills in 2014, as the successor to the Community Programming Board of Forest Park, Greenhills, and Springfield Township, which was established in 1980. The board includes a chairman and ten (10) other individuals drawn from local residents. Selection of the CPB Chairman is made jointly by the member community governments with each jurisdiction having one vote. Terms of office for all directors are three (3) years. The CPB's responsibilities include the establishment and review of programming policies, resolution of policy disputes and questions of equal treatment for access users, fiscal controls, and the creation and promotion of the media center and Community Access channels. In addition, the CPB shall coordinate regulatory efforts for member communities and provide expertise on other matters regarding the local cable system(s) and other forms of electronic communications. The CPBRCOG also provides service to other local governments via Memorandum of Understanding.

MEETINGS
Meetings are held the second Wednesday of March, June, September, and December at 7:00 PM at 2086 Waycross Road, Forest Park. Notice of special meetings and changes to regular meeting dates will be posted at www.waycross.tv/cpb.html.
In accordance with the Ohio Revised Code, notice is hereby given that the Community Programming Board Regional Council of Governments will hold regularly scheduled meetings on March 13, 2024, June 12, 2024, September 11, 2024 and December 11, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. at 2086 Waycross Road.
NOTICE: The Community Programming Board Regional Council of Governments has authorized sale of unneeded, obsolete or surplus equipment by internet auction during 2024. Any items available for sale can be found at www.waycross.tv/auction.html
